This is a difficult question as from a human perspective and understanding you do not differentiate between light and light. Or to me more precise, you see light as light and do not see what or where that light is originated many times.
This meaning that you think light is good, dark is bad. But light is seen through the human perspective, so the moment you see light, colors and more you consider it to be good. This applies to your own light, sunlight and the different varieties of rays and more.
Difficult to understand as you try to become a light being, a light worker, think of yourself as a light being, or light worker. In reality energy does not really give light, it is what you perceive as a human that gives it a property to make you see it as light.
There are many light sources for you out there, one is the sun that many have come to worship in some way, the solar flares, the light coming from the sun itself is considered to be an energy that can make changes, is making changes and it is to be soaked up into your being, to expand you, to change you, to assist in changing you and become more light.
The sunlight coming from your sun is a physical light, it is being seen by you with your human eyes and in this way is a part of your physical reality. Solar flares cannot really be seen coming into your reality the way sunlight is lighting up the world around you, you can watch the sun and see the solar flares on pictures, yet the energy created by these solar flares is not visible yet can be felt, we have explained about this already.
So in a way this energy coming from the solar flares is part of your physical reality as well.
When looking at your own energy bodies and chakras you have assigned colors to these as well. Certain frequencies represent a certain color, or certain chakras represent a color, it is kind of mixed as the chakras have been assigned colors no matter what frequency they resonate in. the same for many of your energy bodies, certain colors are assigned no matter the frequency they resonate in.
Some see their energy bodies only as light, maybe white or yellow, but a light like the sun or even a light bulb. The reason you see this is because you have been taught they are light, they can resonate in many frequencies yet you will still see them as one color of light many times.
The varies rays that are being used to progress and work with certain attributes are seen in certain colors, they have been assigned certain colors.
Now when you look at the sunlight coming in through your atmosphere, the sunlight comes in different colors, it is mostly seen as yellow during the day, but in the morning and especially in the evening you see different colors present.
The sunlight is what colors your sky blue.
Colors are seen as frequencies in some way, but the sunlight also reacts to its surroundings and takes on colors that might not have the original frequency of the sunlight itself.
Now we come to the question of false light and real light.
In reality there is no light but only what you perceive to be light.
There are many out there working with certain so called light forces not having an understanding what energy and light is.
When you sent light to another person, what is it your sending?
You are sending an energy, you have given it the intent of being “light” and you give certain properties to this energy like love, compassion.
Energy is energy, no matter what intent you give it, it does not mean it cannot be changed along the way before it reaches the one that is supposed to receive the energy.
The energy you sent moves into your universe and from there it follows a path, but that path is full of blocks that can divert the energy intentionally or unintentionally.
When some are gathering groups and ask to send energy to certain places the energy will most likely be collected in those places. For example a sacred site, a body of water, a town or even a country.
The energy is collected and what happens to the energy at that moment?
It can be used by the ones that asked for you to send the energy, it can be used by others not really involved but in need of energy.
When you send energy, it is being send, you might send your own energy, or you might send universal energy, sending it specifically to a certain place means it will be send to that place.
Whether it will be used in the way it was intended is the question.
The humans in that place might feel some of that energy, it might balance them or it might unbalance them. Many times the energy is being sent to places where humans are in distress and many of those humans are at that moment in a place of a very low frequency. Sending them light, love, compassion might assist some and might upset some.
There might also be some present that know how to use that energy for their own intent either good or bad.
We see many groups working with light, in reality they have no idea what the light does, they only have the intent within them for the light to be good.
There are many out there organizing groups and they are being seen as to be of the light, yet they carry the black robe instead of the white robe.
Do you see the difference, as it is easy to fool your perception of understanding or seeing the colors.
In your reality you differentiate and you consider the color black to be dark and of a low frequency, and the color white is to be a higher frequency.
In reality each color no matter how you perceive the color contains every frequency as it is being used upon your earth and within your earth reality.
In reality each color can be represented by one frequency, or each color can contain and does contain every frequency. This is represented partly by you seeing colors in different varieties or shades.
When you understand this you might understand that even though you might perceive energy as light it doesn’t necessarily mean it is good or bad. Other dimensional beings are very much more adapt at working with energies and it becomes very easy for them to use certain frequencies that you perceive to be light. Yet their intent is dark.
If you can understand this you might also understand that the same applies to love and compassion as well as hate and sadness.
You perceive certain frequencies to be of this nature, these feelings, yet for a being that is not limited to the human body and experienced in working with energy it is very simple to use their energy in ways that will be perceived by you as love and compassion. This does not mean their intent is good or beneficial for you as humans.
You might also understand now that when you feel an imbalance within, you consider it to be a negative energy that is influencing you, yet this is not necessarily the truth, higher frequency energies can also imbalance you just as much.
Think of it this way, you meet another person, you have never met the person before, but the first thing the person says is “I love you”. How would you feel, comfortable or uncomfortable? You see in this way the energy of love can also bring an imbalance within you.
Once you start to become comfortable within every frequency, it becomes easier to stay within balance.
Let us give you an example, you resonate only in the 3rd dimensional frequency, every other frequency coming in will imbalance your energy.
If you resonate for example in a range of 3rd, 4th and 5th dimensional frequencies. Everything above that will imbalance you, but everything within that range would be easier to handle as you already resonate within those frequencies.
This is why it is so important to not just rely upon what you perceive to be within the moment, but really know what is happening within the moment.
It is important to not only rely on what you perceive to be light, but to really know what is the energy that you perceive as light.
